Arrived over a week late and didn't work when it did arrive.

USPS lost the package in Dallas. When it did arrive the left earbud wouldn't turn on or take a charge. I have called but they didn't answer so I left a message. I tried to use the link in the email but its a web address that when you click on it the link tries to send an email. I sent a message on the website but still no reply. It's been 5 days and still no response from all efforts. I would say they have bad customer service but they're worse than that. They have NO customer service!
