i've tried connecting the headphones to my laptop after having charged the headphones for over 24 hours and no matter how many times i turn it on and off again and reset it, nothing works. will seek to return them if possible
order #2418 was supposed to be shipped to Alaska but got shipped to Texas. I've called your customer service multiple times with no answer and your email for customer service does not receive my emails. Correct this.
